Omakase @ Stevens
Omakase @ Stevens is a one-MICHELIN-starred restaurant in Singapore where Japanese kaiseki meets classic French techniques. Since opening on Stevens Road in October 2020, the restaurant has centred its dining experience around an intimate 16-seat pine wood counter overlooking the open kitchen, offering guests a close-up view of each course as it is prepared.
Led by Head Chef Kazuki Arimoto, recipient of the MICHELIN Guide Singapore Young Chef Award, Omakase@Stevens presents seasonal omakase menus showcasing the finest ingredients from Japan. Each dish combines precision and artistry, with refined presentation, vibrant colours and bold yet balanced flavours. The menu evolves with the Japanese seasons, ensuring that each visit offers a distinct experience.
First listed in the MICHELIN Guide Singapore in 2024, Omakase@Stevens was awarded its first MICHELIN Star in 2025 and retained the distinction in 2026, establishing its place among Singapore’s notable Japanese dining destinations.
